ROAST LEG of LAMB
Allow 8oz of lamb per person
Brush lamb with mint extract and garlic oil
Set oven to 200*
Roast lamb for 42 minutes per pound.
When slow roast is over, if desired, brush the lamb with gochujang sauce or something similar.
Turn oven up to 475* and return roast to oven for 15 minutes
Allow lamb to settle for 30 min before slicing
